2MPP is directed by its two co-founders, whose complementary backgrounds in recruitment and BPO/IT operations shaped the firm from the start.
Laurent brings over 25 years of experience in IT operations and managed services, including 18 years based in Mauritius. He has co-founded cybersecurity consulting practices and an ISO 27001–certified Security Operations Centre (SOC), and has served as General Manager of a bilingual service centre of around 90 staff. His expertise spans SOC design and operations, ISO 27001/27005 compliance, service centre management, training engineering, and team leadership. He holds ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Risk Manager, and ITIL certifications, and is a certified trainer with the Mauritius Qualification Authority.
LinkedIn ↗Mayssoun built her career in recruitment across Morocco, France, and Mauritius, following studies in management (Casablanca) and a postgraduate specialisation in human resources (Aix-en-Provence). She headed HR at a Mauritius-based helpdesk operator and an IT services firm before launching an independent recruitment practice in 2011, placing IT and senior management profiles across Africa, Europe, and the Indian Ocean — the foundation from which 2MPP was built.
