2MPP operates across three connected areas — each feeding the next.
2MPP invoices consulting engagements across strategy, structuring, and operational topics. Mandates are selective and relationship-driven rather than volume-based, reflecting the firm's preference for depth over breadth.
2MPP holds equity participations in a small number of operating companies. While not structured as a formal holding company, dividends from these positions flow back to 2MPP and form the basis of its capital. Current participations span artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, call centres, and BPO, with operations based in Mauritius and Madagascar, and an expansion into continental Africa currently underway.
Over time, 2MPP intends to deploy accumulated capital into direct investments, extending beyond advisory and passive holding.
2MPP is intentionally not organised as a public-facing service marketplace. Engagements — whether advisory or capital-related — are initiated through direct contact.
